Shipping Information

At Customise Now, all of our products are made-to-order — just for you. That means we don’t keep stock, but it also means every item is crafted with care and attention.

Production Time

Production time varies based on the product type. On average, items are produced within 3 to 7 business days. During busy periods (like Christmas or Valentine's Day), this may take a little longer.

Shipping Time

Once your item is made, it’s dispatched and sent directly to you.

UK: 5–10 working days
USA: 5–15 working days
Europe: 5–15 working days
Rest of World: 10–25 working days

Tracking

Most orders come with a tracking number. As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking details so you can follow its journey to your door.

Multiple Items

If you've ordered more than one item, they may arrive separately. This is because different products may be produced in different locations, depending on the type of item.

Delays

Occasionally, delays may happen due to weather, postal backlogs, or customs. These are unfortunately out of our control, but we’ll always do our best to help.
