Can I return a custom item if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for custom-made items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Please double-check all personalisation details before ordering.
What if there’s a mistake with my order?
If we’ve made an error or the item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll fix it or send a replacement.
Can I preview my custom item before it's made?
Some products may include a preview tool. For others, what you submit is what we use. Please review all spelling, images, and choices carefully.
I made a mistake in my customisation – can I change it after ordering?
If we haven’t started making your item, we’re happy to help! Please contact us ASAP with your order number and the correction.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Can I send a gift directly to someone?
Yes! Just enter their address at checkout. We don’t include invoices in the package, so it’s gift-ready.

We don’t offer gift wrapping yet, but our packaging is clean and presentable for gifting.
Can I include a personal message with my gift?
Some products include the option to add a message. If you'd like to request one, leave it in the order notes at checkout and we’ll do our best to include it.
