At Customise Now, we take great pride in creating personalised, made-to-order gifts just for you. Because each item is custom-designed to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind or ordering mistakes.

However, your satisfaction is our top priority — so if there’s a problem with your order, we’re here to help!

What We Can Help With:

  • Items that arrive damaged, defective, or with a mistake on our end (e.g., incorrect customisation or missing parts).

  • If your order meets these criteria, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

  • Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item(s).

What We Can’t Accept Returns For:

  • Spelling or image errors provided by the customer at the time of ordering.

  • General dissatisfaction with custom choices (e.g., colours, photos, text) when we’ve produced the item exactly as submitted.

  • Normal wear and tear or minor variations due to the handmade/custom nature of our products.

📦 Return Process (If Approved):

If your issue qualifies, we will either:

  • Offer a replacement item free of charge, or

  • Provide a partial/full refund, depending on the situation.

We may not always require the item to be returned, but if we do, we’ll provide clear instructions.
