Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

By joining the Customise Now Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age.
You must have an active social media presence, blog, website, or community relevant to our products.
We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our discretion.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn 10% commission on every qualifying sale made through their unique link or discount code.
Commission increases by 5% for every 10 confirmed referrals, up to a maximum of 25%.
Commissions are calculated based on the final order value (excluding shipping and taxes).
Affiliates receive lifetime commission on returning customers they referred.

3. Discounts for Your Followers

Your followers will receive a 10% discount when using your code or link.

4. Free Gifts

Affiliates are entitled to one free gift (up to £20) upon joining.
An additional monthly gift is available when you refer at least 3 customers in a given calendar month.
Free gifts are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

Once your social platforms have been verified and you meet the minimum requirements of 1,000+ followers with a 5–10% engagement rate, you'll be eligible for your free gift. We'll contact you via email to select your item and arrange delivery. This is our way of saying thank you and kickstarting our partnership together!

5. Payouts

Payouts are made via [PayPal/Bank Transfer] on the 1st of each month.
A minimum payout threshold of £50 must be met.
Commissions from refunded or cancelled orders will not be paid out.

6. Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates must promote their links/codes ethically and truthfully.
Spamming, misleading advertising, or inappropriate content will result in termination.
Discount codes cannot be posted on coupon aggregator sites without approval.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms or misuse of the program.
You may also voluntarily withdraw at any time by contacting us.
