Customise Now Partner Program – Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 6th April 2025

Welcome to the Customise Now Partner Program! By signing up and participating in the program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to join.

  • You must have an active social media presence, website, or audience.

  • We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our discretion.

2. Commission & Tracking

  • Commissions are paid based on successful referrals using your unique tracking link or discount code.

  • Commission tiers range from 10% to 25%, based on your total referred sales.

  • Tracking is managed through our affiliate platform. We are not responsible for tracking issues caused by browser settings, ad blockers, or user error.

  • Fraudulent or self-referrals are not permitted and will result in removal from the program.

3. Payments

  • Commission payouts are made on the 1st of each month via PayPal or bank transfer.

  • Minimum payout threshold is £50 — unpaid balances will roll over.

  • You are responsible for any tax obligations related to earnings.

4. First Order Discount (Partners Only)

  • A one-time first-order discount is offered to approved partners based on audience size.

  • You must email proof of reach (social media profiles, screenshots, or media kit).

  • Discount is for personal use only and must be redeemed within 14 days of approval.

5. Branded Product Program (By Invitation)

  • Partners who reach Legend Tier (100+ sales) may request a custom product to be sold in our store.

  • All designs and final approvals remain the property of Customise Now.

  • Royalties will be agreed upon in writing prior to launch.

  • We reserve the right to remove a creator product at any time due to inactivity, low sales, or policy violations.

6. Marketing & Content Guidelines

  • You agree to promote products truthfully and without making misleading claims.

  • Content must not include hate speech, violence, nudity, or political/religious messaging.

  • We reserve the right to request removal or editing of any content that misrepresents the brand.

  • Partners may not run paid ads using our brand name or site URL without permission.

7. Termination

  • You may leave the program at any time by notifying us in writing.

  • We reserve the right to remove you from the program for inactivity, policy violations, fraud, or misuse of your discount.

  • Any unpaid commission under the threshold at time of removal may be forfeited.

8. Updates to Terms

  • These terms may be updated at any time.

  • Continued participation in the program after updates means you accept the new terms.

  • We will notify partners of significant changes via email or dashboard message.
